Hollywood, FL-- [June 29, 2010] – On Thursday, June 24th, Genesis Electronics Group, Inc. (OTCBB:GEGI), held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel. Shareholders of record arrived from around the country to attend the meeting. The scheduled proposal, to re-elect the Board members, was overwhelmingly approved. Following that order of business, an informative and detailed presentation was made by Board members to attendees.

Edward Dillon, President & CEO, delivered a well-received re-cap of the past year’s achievements and the significant progress that Genesis Electronics has made. Dillon also gave an enlightening summary of the strategies and planned endeavors that the Company will pursue in the coming months, including the market debut of its first solar-powered product. Mr. Dillon emphasized that “…it’s extremely important to understand that the strength of Genesis Electronics is not in a single product or even group of products. Our real strength is in the solar technology that we control and how that technology will favorably impact our growth.”

Raymond Purdon, Chairman of the Board, followed with a detailed and important explanation of the $5 million equity line of credit being established through Tangiers Investors, LP and the favorable position that this places the Company in. Mr. Purdon reiterated the significance of the patented technology that Genesis possesses and that the Company has plans to expand its control of such technology. A lively question and answer session ensued.

Towards the end of the meeting, and perhaps its highlight, working prototypes of Genesis’ SunBlazer™ G-2000 solar-powered charger for the iPhone were made available and attendees were able to actually experience the product charging their own iPhones! In addition to the exciting product demonstration, full-color prototypes of marketing materials and packaging were shown.
