(OTC BB:PRCC.OB - News) announced that it has change its corporate name to Genesis Electronics Group, Inc., www.genesiselectronicsgroup.com. The company has received approval from the appropriate state government agencies and from a majority of shareholders to amend its charter to reflect the name change. The existing management team and Board of Directors will continue to lead Genesis Electronics Group.
